Mass Readings
- Each đoàn is assigned to take part in liturgy, please choose các em
accordingly. Please email me if you have any questions. Readings will be
posted 1 week prior to Dai Hoi for các em to practice if needed. - If your đoàn is doing choir for mass, pls print your own sheet music. Let me
know if there is any difficulties and I can try to help you with printing. Please
send me songs and sheet music by July 1st so I can put it in the online Phụng
Vụ booklet. Thank you - Due to the amount of people attending we will need each đoàn to ask their
Cha if they can donate some Eucahristic bread for Mass. Please fill out the
tab if your đoàn is able to by July 1st. - Please ask your HTs to sign up for the BPV choir if they’re interested. This will
be for Adoration and Eucharistic Procession. I will send out songs 1 weeks
prior to the event. - We would like each đoàn to have 2 kids participate in Dâng Hoa. Please
email me their names by July 1st. It will be simple. We will hold pratice at Dai
Hoi on Thursday and Friday with the performance being on Saturday before
mass. - A Spiritual Bouquet Campaign will be launched closer to the start of Đai Hội.
The Đoàn with the highest % participation will be recieving a prize.

Guideline for Tr. Trực Đoàn
- TTĐ are the mediators between BTC and Đoàn, any questions or concerns can be brought to Tr. Trực ĐH
- TTĐ will receive information on the schedule (updates, changes, etc.) & help Tr. Trực ĐH keep the schedule running smoothly
- All TTĐ will receive a walkie talkie and green vest upon arrival/beginning of each day and must be returned at the end of day to recharge.
- TTĐ help gather their Đoàn for mass, chào cờ, activites, meals, etc. (ideally gather 10 min before the activity starts, time subject to change)
- TTĐ are caretakers for their Đoàn. If there are any emergencies, please report it ASAP.
